Chad researched the area in order to find recent sales. Chad advised me that the condo would sell faster if it was priced right. Chad was correct. I set the price based on his expert advice and it sold 30 days later. Chad was helpful throughout the process. He explained everything to me at each step. Whenever I had a question, Chad answered it quickly. He said if he didn’t know the answer he would find out and let me know. He did. Chad was true to his word.
