Chad Shillady has worked most of his life in the real estate industry, with a long career history that began in the Chicago land area working for Chicago Title and Metropolitan Title. He started out at a young age in the title insurance business and worked his way up the ladder finding himself at the closing table handling 1000’s of residential and commercial transactions.
