Chad Shillady has worked most of his life in the real estate industry, with a long career history that began in the Chicago land area working for Chicago Title and Metropolitan Title. He started out at a young age in the title insurance business and worked his way up the ladder finding himself at the closing table handling 1000’s of residential and commercial transactions. Chad also served as the Network Administrator overseeing 13 offices. He took his comprehensive industry knowledge and became a Sr. Loan Officer with US Bank in Illinois.

After an offer by Draper and Kramer Mortgage, Chad relocated to Miami Beach, FL, becoming their in-house loan officer handling large ocean and bay front condo conversion developments. After moving to the desert, Chad decided to apply his wide range of industry experience and transition into the role of real estate agent, further providing the outstanding customer experience.
